Peperomia Marble, also known as Peperomia obtusifolia marble, is a compact indoor plant with glossy, succulent-like foliage. It grows up to 8-12 inches tall and wide, making it perfect for small spaces. Its yellow and green marbled leaves and low-maintenance needs make it a popular choice for beginners.

Care Guide

Peperomia Marble / Baby rubber plant  / Peperomia obtusifolia Native to Florida, Mexico and the Caribbean
  • Light: Does best in bright indirect light and can tolerate lower light conditions. Avoid intense direct sunlight.
  • Water: Water every two weeks, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Water more in bright light and less often if kept in lower light. 
  • Note: Avoid direct sunlight which can burn the leaves.
  • Peperomia Marble are non-toxic, so safe to have with pets and children.
  • Dropping leaves: Not enough sunlight.
  • Soggy foliage, damp soil: Excessive watering, possibly root rot.
