Your plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and beautiful. If they don’t, we’ll replace them at zero cost. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, either with a photo or by visiting our store.

We promise your plants will arrive healthy & beautiful. If not, we’ll replace them for free under our 14-Day Guarantee. If there’s major damage beyond minor blemishes, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.

This 14-day guarantee applies to all products purchased in-store or online. You can also visit our stores for a replacement, but stock might differ, so calling ahead is advised.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the outdoor temperature is below 15°C, all plants must be protected from the cold by either a bag or a box upon return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, drinks, flowers, soil, and magazines cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been gifted through a promotional event.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1332 Rue Notre Dame Ouest, Montréal, QC H3C 2B4. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have requested a replacement, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
